WILSON WONG is a Registered Counsellor (KB;PA) who graduated from the International Medical University (IMU) with a Master of Counselling. He also holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons, Major in Economics) from the University of Science Malaysia (USM).

BACKGROUND
WILSON WONG has over 26 years of experience in the Human Resources profession, having served in both local and multinational organizations across various industries, including Telecommunications, Education, Office Automation, Medical Health, Financial Services, and Information Technology.
As a dedicated HR professional, he has held several key leadership roles, such as Head of Human Resources Department, Head of Industrial Relations, Head of Talent Management, and Head of Human Resources Business Operations. In these capacities, he has been deeply involved in shaping human capital strategies, organizational development, and people management policies.
Throughout his HR career, WILSON has provided extensive consultation, guidance, and mentoring to employees at all levels on personal and professional challenges. His interactions with employees inspired a deeper interest in human behavior, emotional wellbeing, and mental health, leading him to pursue and complete a Master of Counselling.
This additional professional qualification has enhanced his ability to understand, engage, and support individuals and workplaces in fostering better mental health and emotional resilience. His training under the Board of Counsellors Malaysia has strengthened his practical counselling skills and theoretical knowledge to support people from all walks of life.
WILSON has experience providing counselling services to students, undergraduates, working professionals, singles, and married couples on issues such as depression, relationship tension, self-harm, low self-esteem, career direction, and work-related stress.
With his combined background in Human Resources and Counselling, WILSON is able to bridge the gap between employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness. He supports individuals in regaining confidence, rebuilding self-esteem, and developing positive perspectives toward their personal and career challenges.
